Simply focus on your breath and body sensation is already good enough

學生:其實我做瑜伽,只係打算郁動下身體,伸展下,冇諗咁多嘢㗎,我唔知瑜伽有咁多其他嘢喎。
我:完全冇問題呀,我初初做瑜伽時都同你一樣,只係諗住郁動下身體,我根本都唔知瑜伽有咁深層嘅意思。後來我了解多左,感受多左,先愈想了解更多。所以你抱平常心就可以喇,瑜伽嘅伸展會令你筋骨舒服D,身體靈活D,精力充沛,心境平和,個人輕鬆D。其他嘢,隨緣啦,你咩都唔使諗,保持一個開放嘅心態,喺練習時將注意力放喺呼吸同身體感受就可以喇。
Student: I am just hoping to move my body, do some stretching...I don't know yoga has such a deep meaning...
Me: It's totally ok, when I first started, I'm also just hoping to do some stretching, I know nothing about yoga too. It's gradually I experienced more then I started to explore...It's perfectly ok you concentrate on asana practice first, as asana will give you a lot of benefits, you will feel energized and much lighter after the practice...
Simply focus on your breath and body sensation during the practice is already good enough.
