Why meditate?

Meditation calms the mind, helping us to maintain a balanced state. It also reduces stress and brings positivity.
Especially now with so much stress, anxiety and uncertainties in the society, so much news spreading around everyday, it's very easy to get trapped and carried away, resulting in confusion, worries and fatigue.
Meditation helps us coming back to the present moment, connecting to the silence within. When the mind is calm, we are able taste the joy within. Meditation strengthens our immune system, improves our health too.
When we do it regularly our awareness will increase, we can live life with more ease.

為什麼要靜坐?
靜坐可以把我們浮躁的心靜下來,令我們維持一個平穩的狀態。靜坐能減壓,令我們更正面。
尤其在這時候,社會上充滿着焦慮,壓力及變化,媒體上每天有着各式各樣的資訊,我們很容易墮進旋渦,被牽著走,頭腦沒有平靜的一刻,只有混亂,擔憂及疲累。
靜坐能把我們帶回當下,讓思緒慢慢靜下來,好讓我們感受到內在的寧靜;浮躁沒有了,便能感受到內在的喜樂。靜坐亦有助增加我們的抗壓力,免疫力。
恆常的靜坐,更能提升我們的覺知,令我們生活得更輕鬆自在。
