We already have enough stress in life, we don't need more stress on yoga mat... Simply surrender when you are on the mat, put away your thoughts, don't compare, don't judge, just breath, enjoy, accept, listen to your body and flow, dive deep into yourself. Yoga is not about how much you can stretch, it's about how connected and relaxed you are in the stretch.


相信大部份的人在生活中已有不少壓力;在瑜伽墊上,我們沒有必要為自己加添更多的壓力...


在瑜伽墊上,嘗試完完全全的臣服,放下所有思緒,學習不比較,不批判,純粹覺知,享受,接納,完完全全去覺察你的呼吸及身體的感覺,探索自己的內在世界。


瑜伽並不是你能伸展多少,而是你在伸展中,有否跟自己連結,有多放鬆,有多接納。
