Meditation under Bodhi Tree

Blessed to have a chance to meditate under Bodhi Tree at Sarnath.

I will continue to practise teaching from Buddha, and teaching from yoga scripture.

May we all continue to purify ourselves and go deeper in our practice.

很幸運有機會在鹿野苑的菩提樹下静坐，我會不斷練習佛陀的教誨，以及瑜伽修行。願我們也能不斷的淨化自己，及深化我們的練習。
