Q: How meditation helps you in this challenging time?


A: I can remain in my silent and stable state, watching things happening in the outside world, watching my thoughts, emotions and not being carried away. I am simply watching them come and go, like watching the traffic on the street.

A: 我可以維持在一個寧靜和穩定的狀態下,看著週邊發生的一切,看著我的思想,情緒,而沒有被它們牽着走。我看著它們,就像看著街上的交通一樣,來來去去而已。
