答:好的,就分享我最近的一個經驗吧。那天我正在做一些我不喜歡的工作,我很不耐煩,很想逃避,雖然我坐在電腦面前,但卻無法集中 ... 工作了沒多久,我便走開去拿飲品 ... 然後沒多久,我又起來去拿了些零食 ... 然後沒多久,我又起來去了洗手間 ... 我根本就只是想逃避工作...
一會兒後,我嘗試聽聽我內在,突然感到內裡有着很大片的寧靜,那寧靜在流動着,把我帶回到一個穩定的狀態,然後,不耐煩消失了,我非常有效率地工作。
我們所有人每天都面對大大小小的挑戰,在靜坐的幫助下,即使我偶爾失了平衡,也能夠很容易的回歸穩定及平靜。

A: Let me share with you an experience I had earlier. That day I was working on something I didn't enjoy, I was getting impatient, though I was sitting in front of the computer, I couldn't concentrate... I have been getting up to get a drink... then I got up to get some snacks... then I got up to the washroom... I just wanted to escape from work...
After a while, I tried to listen to myself, I felt a huge surge of silence within me flowing, it brought me back to a stable state, the impatience was gone, and I worked efficiently then.
We all face challenges in life, with the help of meditation I can easily come back to a stable state even I lose my balance.
