
瑜伽-轉化生命的練習
雖然不同的課堂會有不同的重點,但目標始終如一:在練習過程中培養覺知和接納的心。我們放下頭腦,放下批判,讓身體帶領整個練習。千萬不要勉強身體,也不要跟別人比較。就好像房間只有你一個人,跟着身體的節奏,順應身體的能力去練習。保持觀照身體的感覺、呼吸、情緒和思緒。不要忘記瑜伽的重點不是體式的外相,不是我們能伸展多少,而是我們內在的狀態。只有當我們臣服,瑜伽才能淨化及轉化我們。

Hatha Yoga
Ha means sun, Ta means moon. Hatha Yoga aims to balance the yin and yang energy within, bring us back to a balanced and stable state.

Meditation
Meditation is an important practice in yoga. This is becoming more important now with so many changes in the world. Meditation helps to calm the mind, enabling us to come back to a balanced and stable state.

Outdoor Session
Practising in nature is giving us a completely different feeling. The sun, the breeze, sounds of the trees, birds all making the practice so beautiful. Practise in nature as much as possible.

Restorative Yoga
A practice with softness and acceptance. Simply relax and surrender in the practice. Create the environment so the body can heal.

Corporate / School Classes
Corporate / School classes are arranged upon request. This is becoming more popular last few years as people are more aware of the importance of mindfulness and inner peace .

Detox Yoga
The focus will be on respiratory system, digestive system and excretory system, with an aim to detox the body through various effective yogic practices.

Private Yoga Session
Learn and practise at your own time, own pace. The session will be tailor for your body condition and address any questions you might have.

The vibration of the singing bowl will help to remove tension, stuck emotions in the body and mind. You will go into deep relaxation while healing.

Private Coaching Session
The coaching session aims to increase your awareness and understanding of yourself, your patterns and perspective, bringing some light so you can see with more clarity.
