Why we suffer?

cartoon brain_with arrow_52578638_s (2).

Because of our ignorance, because of our ego, we are too attached to our images, titles, success and failure, others' opinions on us. We want to be special, we want to have attention, we want to be recognized, we want to be accepted; we are afraid of losing recognition, attention, power, money, love...

When we have certain achievements, we are so eager to tell others, "See, it's me, it's me doing this, I am getting this, see how smart I am!"

When we fail, we criticize ourselves, as if we are not worthy at all.

Most of us are living in this emotional rollercoaster.

We are too full of ourselves, too focus on "I", "me", "mine". We don't realize we are just a medium, we are not the doer. Everything is divine arrangement. Things are simply happening through us.

Say, you have quite some achievements in life, does that mean you are smarter than others?

Not really, it is just divine plan putting you in such positions.

Say, if one day you are facing setback in life, does that mean you are not worthy?

Not at all, life has its ups and downs, you might be redirected to something more aligned with your life purpose.

Life is a play. We are merely the players. We are being assigned different roles. We are just acting out what has been assigned.  We are simply putting on the costume and acting according to the storyline.

Remember you are not the doer. All success and failures has nothing to do with you.

Don't get attached.

Be humble. Be stable.

Trust. Surrender.

Follow divine guidance.

Do your best.
