"Such equanimity is called Yoga"

"ie you are in a completely balanced, centered, and stable state when you perform your action, so that you are not attached to the results of your actions, no matter it's success or failure it doesn't affect you at all.
(Bhagavad Gita 2.48)
A girl loves singing very much, she has participated in a singing contest, she enjoys singing so much that there is no difference to her whether she is singing in the bathroom at home or on the stage. She simply enjoys and flows with it.
When she is on the stage, she is totally into the process that she forgets she's in a contest, she dissolves into the melody and flows with it. She doesn't care much about winning as the mind has gone.
Even though she is not doing any poses, she is in a yogic state, because she is balanced, centered, mind is gone, becoming one with the melody and everything.
Yoga is not only the time when we are on the mat.
Yoga is about every moment.
Yoga, is Oneness.
